Stockyard Burgers & Bones is closing at Vinings Jubilee. A New Restaurant for the Stockyard Space

Cotto Modern Italian is set to take over the Stockyard space by the end of 2026, serving pizza, pasta, and an Italian porterhouse alongside a cocktail and wine list. Fork U Concepts, the hospitality group behind the move, also operates Southern Prospect, Taqueria Tsunami, Forno Vero, and Silla Del Toro around metro Atlanta. The group is opening West Park Sports Club, a sports bar, on Marietta Square.

At Vinings Jubilee, restaurant concepts include those operated by groups with restaurants elsewhere in metro Atlanta. Stockyard's space is expected to become an Italian kitchen, while the physical space stays the same.

Cotto's Italian porterhouse and pizza program sounds like a reasonable bet for a neighborhood that already supports Maggiano's and Scalini's a few minutes away. Its arrival will add a new option to the Jubilee's dining lineup.

Old Vinings Inn's Calendar

Compare that to Old Vinings Inn, the restaurant set inside a historic house in Vinings. Its calendar offers another way to give regulars a reason to return. This month alone, the Attic Bar is running a giant cheeseburger special for National Cheeseburger Day on September 18, a craft beer lineup for National Drink Beer Day on September 28, and a coffee feature for National Coffee Day on September 29.
